The Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a global recruitment strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives. Reporting directly into senior leadership, this role leads talent acquisition transformation across regions and business units, including employer branding, sourcing strategies, recruiting systems, and process optimization. The position oversees a global team, building internal capabilities and data-driven practices to improve hiring outcomes and attract high-impact, diverse talent. Key responsibilities include vendor management, early talent strategy, system enhancements, and partnership with HR and business leaders to ensure talent pipelines are prepared to meet current and future workforce needs.
