WESTERN U.S. – A leading infrastructure construction company serving public and private sector clients has selected The Christopher Group to lead its confidential search for a Director of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Partner, Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR search.

The Director of Human Resources will lead the development of a scalable HR function for a growing, multi-state organization. This hands-on leader will oversee strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, HR systems, and organizational development while supporting business growth and future acquisitions. The role will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities, integrate acquired businesses, and build consistent people practices across a distributed, field-based workforce.
