DUBOIS, PA – Penn Highlands Healthcare, an integrated, community-based health system dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care, has placed Dennis Lennon as their Chief Human Resources Officer. Managing Partner, Molly Mangan, and Partner, Carrie Longmire, led and placed the key HR search.

Dennis Lennon will serve as the senior HR executive and a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise-wide people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, he will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, total rewards, workforce planning, labor relations, HR technology, and leadership development. Dennis will strengthen organizational culture, enhance HR service delivery, lead system-wide transformation initiatives, and align human capital strategies with the organization’s long-term mission, growth, and operational objectives.
Dennis Lennon brings extensive executive HR leadership experience across large, complex healthcare organizations. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise people strategies focused on culture, employee engagement, talent management, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while helping organizations strengthen performance and enhance the employee experience.
