MANHATTAN, NY – Olshan Properties, a privately owned real estate investment, development, and management firm, has placed Susan Eisma as its Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Partner, Jeff Wilbanks led and placed the crucial HR search.

Susan Eisma will be responsible for leading the full people strategy across a multi-state workforce spanning hospitality, residential, commercial, and corporate environments. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the executive team and Board, she will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, performance management, engagement, and HR systems. Susan will drive consistency across a complex portfolio, strengthen leadership capability, advance organizational effectiveness, and support the continued growth and evolution of the HR function.
