Ayla Maloney is a Managing Partner at The Christopher Group, one of the nation’s largest boutique HR Executive Search and Business Solutions firms. She partners with organizations during some of their most pivotal moments, including periods of growth, transformation, succession, acquisitions, and organizational change, helping leadership teams identify the HR executives who will shape what comes next.

Over the course of her career with TCG, Ayla has led executive searches for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to founder-led businesses, private equity-backed organizations, venture-backed startups, and privately held enterprises. Her work spans industries and organizational stages, but her approach remains consistent: deeply understanding the business, culture, leadership team, and future objectives before identifying leaders who can drive meaningful impact. Known for her authenticity, transparency, and thoughtful counsel, Ayla is often viewed as a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating complex people decisions.

In addition to serving clients, Ayla is a member of TCG’s Leadership Team and serves as the firm’s Chief of Staff. In this role, she helps drive strategic initiatives across the organization while overseeing key aspects of culture, leadership development, training, and operational excellence. A passionate champion of TCG’s values, Ayla plays an integral role in aligning people, processes, and priorities to support the firm’s continued growth and success.

Prior to joining The Christopher Group in 2015, Ayla spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where she held leadership roles focused on culture, training, and leadership development. While her career has evolved, her commitment to service, relationships, and creating exceptional experiences remains at the heart of how she approaches her work.

Originally from Oregon, Ayla now resides in Sarasota, Florida, with her husband, Casey, their children, Finnley and Ollie, and their golden retriever, Moose.
