ST. LOUIS, MO – ESCO Technologies, a global provider of highly engineered products and technology solutions, has placed Katie Crocker as its Senior Manager, Benefits & Compliance. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney led and placed the critical HR search.

“ESCO is such a special organization, made up of genuinely incredible people who care deeply about their work and one another. As the business continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in supporting that growth through thoughtful global benefits strategy, compliance, and M&A expertise. Katie is an exceptional fit, bringing not only the experience and competencies the role demands, but also the energy, thoughtfulness, and character that make her such a natural fit for ESCO’s culture. We’re especially excited to see her embrace this next chapter in St. Louis and the opportunity ahead. We couldn’t be happier for Katie or more excited for ESCO to welcome someone who is every bit as wonderful as the team she’s joining,” shared Ayla Maloney, Managing Partner at The Christopher Group.
Katie Crocker will be responsible for building ESCO’s global benefits and compliance infrastructure to support the company’s continued growth through acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, she will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for global benefits strategy, regulatory compliance, and M&A due diligence, leading the evaluation and integration of benefits programs across newly acquired businesses while establishing scalable governance for an increasingly international workforce. Rather than overseeing day-to-day benefits administration, Katie will be focused on enterprise integration, risk mitigation, and developing a cohesive global benefits strategy that enables ESCO’s long-term growth objectives.
“After only a short time at ESCO Technologies, I can already tell it is the perfect fit for me. I’m surrounded by kind, welcoming colleagues, and the culture is wonderful. My onboarding has been thoughtful from day one and made me feel like part of the team right away. I can see myself being happy working at ESCO for many years to come. I never would have learned about the ESCO role or been open to a cross country move without TCG. Ayla and Kathleen shared everything I needed to know, along with their personal knowledge of the ESCO team. Their belief in the leadership at ESCO and my fit for the role helped me to feel confident to take the leap. I’m so grateful for their support,” shared Katie Crocker, new Senior Manager of Benefits & Compliance at ESCO Technologies.
Katie Crocker is an accomplished benefits and compliance leader with extensive experience designing and managing employee benefits programs, driving regulatory compliance, leading vendor partnerships, and optimizing benefits operations across complex organizations. Her background spans health and welfare plans, leave administration, benefits technology, and M&A integration, with a proven track record of balancing employee experience, compliance, and cost-effective program management.
