Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the crucial HR search.

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead the strategy and execution of experienced-hire recruiting for MITRE, partnering with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies. This leader will oversee experienced-hire recruiting and strategic sourcing, leverage data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes, and develop high-performing recruiting teams focused on critical and difficult-to-fill talent needs. The role will also drive operational excellence across recruiting, strengthen proactive talent pipelines, and help ensure talent acquisition resources remain aligned with the organization’s highest-priority workforce needs.
