SOUTHEASTERN U.S. – A leading energy solutions organization supporting customers across North America has selected The Christopher Group to lead its search for a Director of Human Resources (Head of). Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Katy Dale are leading the critical HR search.

The Director of Human Resources will lead the day-to-day management and execution of HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this hands-on leader will strengthen HR processes, systems, and reporting while serving as the primary resource for managers and employees on HR-related matters. The role requires a strong operational mindset and the ability to build compliant, scalable, and cost-effective practices aligned with the needs of the business.
