Throughout her career, Katy has successfully led full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of functions and industries, bringing a balanced approach that combines operational execution with strategic talent advisory. Prior to joining TCG, Katy held recruiting and talent acquisition roles with Project Consulting Group, Bespoke Partners, Cargill, and Milk Specialties Global, where she supported both corporate and consulting environments. Known for her attention to detail and candidate-first mindset, Katy consistently delivers strong hiring outcomes while enhancing overall recruiting processes and stakeholder alignment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Exercise Science from St. Olaf College and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Outside of work, Katy enjoys hiking, checking out the latest workout class, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers (Go Pack Go!). She resides in San Diego, CA with her husband, Connor, and their Australian Cattle Dog, Remy.
