The Human Resources Operations Manager is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for elevating and scaling the HR function across a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization. This leader will oversee people strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and HR operations across multiple facilities while partnering closely with operations leadership to drive organizational alignment, performance, and scalability. The role requires a strong “stra-tactical” mindset, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term people strategy, while leading organizational change, strengthening leadership capability, and building scalable HR infrastructure that supports continued growth across a decentralized manufacturing environment.
