The Vice President of Human Resources is a strategic, enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the organization’s people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this leader will oversee the full HR function while serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, aligning talent, culture, and performance with business objectives. The role will drive organizational design, talent strategy, and M&A integration efforts, while building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture across a distributed workforce.
