The Head of People (VP of HR) is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling the human capital infrastructure for a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven commercial services platform. Partnering closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO, this leader will oversee all aspects of HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development across a distributed, field-based workforce. The role will play a critical part in driving M&A integration, standardizing people practices, implementing scalable HR systems, and building a high-performance culture that supports both organic growth and continued expansion across a multi-entity platform.
