The Chief People Officer is a hands-on, strategic, executive leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the organization’s people strategy during a period of significant growth. Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Leadership Team and Board, this leader will architect and implement scalable HR systems, processes and talent strategies that build strong pipelines for skilled talent across a national footprint. The role blends hands-on engagement with frontline teams and high-level strategic oversight, driving initiatives across talent acquisition and development, total rewards, and workforce planning, all while fostering their values-driven, people-centric culture that supports operational excellence and long-term success.
