The Senior Director of Total Rewards is an enterprise leadership role with full ownership of compensation, benefits, equity, and HR systems strategy. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this position operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for building and shaping the total rewards function from the ground up. This leader will design and execute a forward-looking roadmap that supports organizational growth, including readiness for and execution through a public market debut, while establishing scalable programs that align talent strategy with long-term business objectives.
