Katy is a relationship-driven recruiting professional with over eight years of experience partnering with executive and business leaders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies. She has successfully led full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of functions and industries, bringing a balanced approach that combines operational execution with strategic talent advisory. Known for her attention to detail and candidate-first mindset, Katy consistently delivers strong hiring outcomes while enhancing overall recruiting processes and stakeholder alignment .

Prior to joining TCG, Katy held recruiting and talent acquisition roles with Project Consulting Group, Bespoke Partners, Cargill, and Milk Specialties Global, where she supported both corporate and consulting environments. In these roles, she built talent pipelines, advised on workforce planning, and implemented structured recruiting and onboarding processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
In her role at The Christopher Group, Katy will focus on delivering best-in-class recruiting execution across executive search engagements, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and place top HR talent.
