
GREENSBORO, NC – Qorvo, a high-performing global enterprise, has placed Asha Nataraja as their new Senior Director of Total Rewards. Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Partner, Carrie Longmire led and placed the integral HR search.

Asha will build and lead a global Total Rewards function from the inside out. As Senior Director, she will be the architect of compensation, benefits, executive pay, and equity programs for a growing international enterprise with operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Asha will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to bring clarity, structure, and strategy to a function ready for transformation. This is not just a leadership role, it’s a chance for her to put her fingerprints on every aspect of the Total Rewards engine.
Asha Nataraja brings over two decades of progressive experience in compensation strategy and total rewards to her new role. Known for her innovation and agility in high-impact environments, Asha has led global compensation programs at leading organizations including Shopify, Truist, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. She has a track record of designing forward-thinking executive pay constructs, AI-driven performance management tools, and flexible compensation frameworks that align with business outcomes and enhance employee engagement. With deep expertise spanning equity, benefits, incentive plans, and regulatory compliance, Asha combines data-driven insights with a hands-on leadership style to build rewards strategies that drive talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.
