This senior-level HR role is responsible for leading all people-related initiatives across multiple operational sites, with a focus on aligning talent strategy to business objectives. The position serves as the primary HR partner to site leadership, overseeing everything from employee relations and performance management to organizational design, workforce planning, policy compliance, and change management. Key responsibilities include enhancing leadership capability, driving employee engagement, managing compensation cycles, and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR operations. The role requires a strategic advisor who is also hands-on; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is skilled in building trust, coaching leaders, and delivering practical, people-centered solutions that support business performance and a strong workplace culture.
