TCG Partner, Carrie Longmire and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch led and placed the critical HR search.

Shelley Richardson brings more than two decades of progressive HR leadership experience to her new role. Known for her deep expertise in employee relations, benefits, and strategic talent development, Shelley has led transformative people strategies across organizations in food warehousing, logistics, and transportation. Most recently, she served as Director of HR at RealCold and previously held leadership roles at Lineage Logistics and SUPERVALU, where she integrated multiple acquisitions, strengthened succession planning, and significantly improved retention. A champion of inclusive, growth-oriented workplaces, Shelley is recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams and align HR practices with evolving business needs.
