DENVER, CO – SWAT Environmental, a nationwide provider of professional radon testing and mitigation services, has placed Rebecca Aguilar as its new Human Resources Director. TCG Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Partner, Jeff Wilbanks, led and placed the critical HR search.

Reporting to the President and COO, her role offers a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a small but growing organization through the strategic direction, management, optimization, execution, and oversight of all Talent initiatives.
Rebecca Aguilar brings over 20 years of human capital leadership to the role. She most recently served as a Director of Talent, Strategy, and Operations, leading HRIS transitions, and guiding performance management, benefits, and compliance initiatives. With a strong foundation in aligning talent strategy to business outcomes, Rebecca brings a pragmatic and people-first approach to supporting SWAT’s growth.
