The Human Resources Director is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the full spectrum of human resources strategy and operations for a growing defense manufacturing organization. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this leader will oversee workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and leadership development while acting as a trusted advisor to both business and HR leadership. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR executive who can align people initiatives with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture that supports operational excellence, employee engagement, and long-term growth.
