The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a highly visible leadership role that serves as a strategic partner and deputy to the Chief People Officer, supporting enterprise-wide people initiatives across a complex, mission-critical organization. This role will drive talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and change management while partnering closely with business unit leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities. The position requires a trusted advisor who can influence at all levels, lead cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness in support of long-term business objectives and growth.
