The Director of Human Resources is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling the HR function within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization. This individual contributor role serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and oversees all aspects of people strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations, while modernizing infrastructure and implementing scalable processes to support continued growth. The role requires a strong stra-tactical mindset, balancing strategic business partnership with day-to-day execution, while helping shape the foundation for a future HR team, systems, and organizational capabilities
