HOUSTON, TX – CEVA Logistics, a global connector of people, products and providers, has placed Alan McWatt as its new Director of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director, Doug Karo, led and placed the crucial HR search.

Alan McWatt will lead all human resources activities for Contact Logistics’ Regional Business Unit (BU), covering Canada, US, and Mexico. He will serve as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership team and work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that are consistent with the Regional and Global HR direction. Alan will be responsible for talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance and HR KPIs for scope population. He will ensure HR initiatives align to business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Alan brings decades of global HR leadership to his new role. With a track record of leading transformative people strategies across complex, multi-national organizations, Alan has served in senior HR roles for top industrial and aerospace companies. His expertise spans workforce integration, M&A, labor relations, and organizational design, with proven success managing large-scale HR teams across union and non-union environments. Known for his strategic mindset and operational rigor, Alan will play a pivotal role in aligning CEVA’s talent agenda with its growth and performance objectives.
