The People Analytics Manager is a strategic, data-driven role responsible for leading global people analytics and workforce planning initiatives that inform key business decisions. This position partners closely with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights on talent, engagement, retention, and workforce trends, while building predictive models and data visualizations that enhance decision-making across the organization. The role also drives HR process optimization, data governance, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities, helping transform HR from a reporting function into a forward-looking, insight-driven partner that supports organizational growth and performance in a complex, global environment.
