Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the critical HR search.

The Senior Manager, Benefits & Compliance is a newly created strategic role responsible for building ESCO’s global benefits and compliance infrastructure to support the company’s continued growth through acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, this leader will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for global benefits strategy, regulatory compliance, and M&A due diligence, leading the evaluation and integration of benefits programs across newly acquired businesses while establishing scalable governance for an increasingly international workforce. Rather than overseeing day-to-day benefits administration, this role is focused on enterprise integration, risk mitigation, and developing a cohesive global benefits strategy that enables ESCO’s long-term growth objectives.
