The Director, People Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness serves as a highly visible enterprise leader responsible for strengthening organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce strategy, and business transformation across the company. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while driving critical organizational initiatives that directly impact enterprise performance, scalability, and long-term growth.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of organizational strategy, executive partnership, talent leadership, and enterprise transformation within a lean, fast-paced environment. The successful leader will operate fluidly between strategic advisory work and direct organizational execution, partnering closely with leaders across the business to drive alignment, accountability, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. The role will play a central part in helping the organization scale through organizational redesign, acquisition integration, workforce modernization, and enterprise effectiveness initiatives designed to support long-term growth.
