The HR Site Leader is a strategic, hands-on site leadership role responsible for aligning people strategy with operational performance within a growing food manufacturing environment. Serving as the senior on-site HR leader, this role will oversee all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, leadership development, compensation administration, and HR operations while partnering closely with plant and corporate leadership. The position requires a strong operational HR leader who can balance day-to-day execution with building scalable people practices, strengthening frontline leadership, and fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture that supports continued organizational growth and operational excellence.
