The HR & Talent Manager, North America is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for advancing organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Serving as the primary HR Business Partner for the Commercial organization, this leader will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, drive talent and succession strategies, enhance employee engagement, support organizational design, and align people initiatives with business objectives. The role requires a collaborative HR leader who can balance strategic talent initiatives with hands-on business partnership while helping build a high-performing, engaged workforce across North America.
