Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the key HR search.

The Vice President, People, Culture & Engagement is a transformational HR leadership role responsible for building the people infrastructure needed to support the company’s next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead enterprise-wide human resources strategy while rebuilding core HR operations, designing a scalable HR operating model, leading organizational development and talent initiatives, and supporting international expansion and future acquisitions. This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic builder who can balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term organizational design, ensuring the people function serves as a key enabler of business growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
