
PLANO, TX – Simpson Strong-Tie, a global leader in structural building products, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Manager, Learning and Organizational Development search. Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Partner, Jeff Wilbanks are leading the integral HR search.

The Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategies that strengthen organizational capability and support global business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Organizational Development, this leader will build scalable leadership development programs, oversee training operations and shared services, drive learning strategy and governance, and partner closely with business leaders and HR to align development initiatives with workforce needs. The role requires an innovative leader who can leverage modern learning technologies, data, and analytics to create impactful development experiences while fostering a culture of continuous learning and organizational growth across a global enterprise.
