The HR – Employee Relations & Performance Management, Senior Director serves as a senior Human Resources leader and trusted advisor, partnering closely with executive leadership, managers, and HR teams to guide complex employee relations strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for leading sensitive workplace investigations, advising on performance management, employee conduct, organizational risk, policy interpretation, accommodations, and employment matters while helping shape a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture. The position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and strategic partnership skills to balance business objectives with sound people practices in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
