The Head of HR Operations is a senior Human Resources leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization’s global HR operations strategy across the entire employee lifecycle. This leader will oversee shared services, HR technology, payroll, governance, people analytics, and enterprise HR processes while partnering across HR and key business functions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, support organizational change, and scale HR capabilities for continued growth. The role requires a strategic, process-oriented executive who can lead transformation initiatives, optimize complex global operations, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
