DENVER, COLORADO – A large, PE backed industrial services organization has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Talent & Workforce Planning search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Partner, Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR search.

The Director of Talent & Workforce Planning is a strategic enterprise role responsible for ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to support growth, operational demand, and long-term workforce stability. This leader will oversee workforce strategy, recruiting operations, succession planning, and talent analytics, aligning labor forecasting and hiring pipelines with business objectives across union and non-union environments. The role emphasizes reducing turnover, strengthening bench strength, improving labor readiness, and advancing a skills-based workforce model through data-driven insights and proactive talent pipeline development. Success in this position requires strong operational acumen, experience in large distributed or skilled-trade workforces, and the ability to partner closely with HR and Operations leaders to drive measurable workforce outcomes.
