LONG ISLAND CITY, NY – E-J Electric, one of the nation’s oldest privately owned electrical contracting firms, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its Human Resources Generalist search. Managing Partner Pam Noble and Recruiting Director Ramey Lynch, are leading the key HR search.

This is not a maintenance HR Generalist role. It is a build-to-elevate opportunity. You would help shape the next chapter of HR for a 126-year-old organization that is growing quickly and ready for a stronger structure. You will redesign performance management, formalize policies, improve retention, and create repeatable systems that directly impact employee experience. You will have direct access to the VP of HR and real influence rather than simply handling administrative work.
