The Human Resources Manager is a hands-on site leadership role responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR activities for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Partnering closely with plant leadership, this role oversees employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and development, compliance, workforce planning, and HR operations, supporting both hourly and salaried employees. The position requires a visible, floor-focused HR leader who can build strong relationships across the workforce, navigate a unionized environment, and drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with broader business and people strategies.
