Angela Terracciano is stepping into a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling the HR function within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization. Her role serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and oversees all aspects of people strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations, while modernizing infrastructure and implementing scalable processes to support continued growth. Angela’s role requires a strong stra-tactical mindset, balancing strategic business partnership with day-to-day execution, while helping shape the foundation for a future HR team, systems, and organizational capabilities.
Angela Terracciano brings more than a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and technology-driven organizations. She has built a reputation for strengthening employee engagement, improving retention, and aligning people strategies with business objectives through expertise in employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development. Throughout her career, Angela has partnered closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence while fostering collaborative, high-performing workplace cultures. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
