NASHVILLE, TN – Dialysis Clinic, Inc., the nation’s largest independent, not-for-profit dialysis provider, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its search for a Chief People Officer. Managing Partner Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the national HR search.

The Chief People Officer serves as the senior Human Resources executive and a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide people strategy that supports the organization’s long-term growth and mission. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will oversee Human Resources, talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, organizational development, total rewards, and workforce strategy while strengthening organizational culture and aligning people initiatives with business objectives. The role requires a collaborative, strategic executive who can lead transformation, integrate key people functions, and build scalable talent strategies that support continued organizational success.
