Managing Partner, Molly Mangan, and Partner, Carrie Longmire, are leading the crucial HR search.
“The Chief Human Resources Officer will play an important role in helping Penn Highlands Healthcare navigate the complexities of a growing health system. The Chief Human Resources Officer serves as the senior HR executive and a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise-wide people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, total rewards, workforce planning, labor relations, HR technology, and leadership development. The role requires a collaborative, strategic executive who can strengthen organizational culture, enhance HR service delivery, lead system-wide transformation initiatives, and align human capital strategies with the organization’s long-term mission, growth, and operational objectives.
