WILKES-BARRE, PA – AllOne Health, a global provider of mental health and well-being solutions, has placed Maureen Hornlein as their Vice President of Human Resources. Managing Partners Pam Noble and Tobin Anselmi led and placed the integral HR search.

Maureen Hornlein’s role is a strategic, enterprise leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling the organization’s people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, Maureen will oversee the full HR function while serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, aligning talent, culture, and performance with business objectives. She will drive organizational design, talent strategy, and M&A integration efforts while building a scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture across a distributed workforce.
Maureen Hornlein brings nearly 30 years of human resources leadership experience across healthcare, telecommunications, and service-based organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources, partnering with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that enhanced employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR technology, earning a reputation as a collaborative leader who aligns HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering strong workplace cultures.
