The Senior Vice President of Human Resources is the top HR leadership role within a diversified real estate owner and operator, responsible for leading the full people strategy across a multi-state workforce spanning hospitality, residential, commercial, and corporate environments. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the executive team and Board, this leader will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, performance management, engagement, and HR systems. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on executive who can drive consistency across a complex portfolio, strengthen leadership capability, advance organizational effectiveness, and support the continued growth and evolution of the HR function.
