
ARDMORE, OK – Noble Research Institute, a mission-centered nonprofit dedicated to advancing regenerative agriculture and supporting farmers and ranchers, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its Human Resources Director (Head of) search. Managing Partner Pam Noble and Recruiting Director Morgan Booker are leading the integral HR search.

The Director of Human Resources (Head of) at Noble Research Institute serves as the senior HR leader responsible for strengthening and advancing the organization’s people strategy in support of its mission-driven agricultural research and education work. This role oversees core HR functions including benefits and retirement administration, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and HR operations. The opportunity is to refine and elevate existing systems, guide organizational change, develop internal HR talent, and serve as a steady, credible partner to leadership while honoring Noble’s legacy and values.
