This role will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide direction and oversight for human resources and employee health within a complex, multi-site healthcare system. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer, the position will lead strategy and execution across core HR functions, including talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR technology, workforce planning, and compliance. The role will also oversee employee health services, physician and advanced practice recruitment and compensation, and employee housing programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders, this leader will drive a culture of engagement, safety, and accountability, build and mentor a high-performing HR team, and advance scalable, data-driven people practices across a multi-state workforce.
