The Senior Director of Total Rewards will serve as the strategic and operational leader overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing base and variable pay structures, health and retirement plans, and equity programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, the individual will drive alignment between total rewards strategy and broader business goals while managing executive compensation, supporting M&A integration, and enhancing employee experience through data-driven insights and scalable solutions. This position also partners closely with Finance, Legal, Talent, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.
