Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the crucial HR search.

The Senior Compensation Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for designing and executing market-aligned compensation programs that support enterprise talent and business objectives. This role partners closely with Total Rewards leadership, HR, finance, and business stakeholders to evolve compensation philosophy, manage annual planning cycles, oversee analytics and budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide job architecture and career framework development. Leading a team of compensation professionals, the Senior Manager serves as a senior advisor to leadership, bringing strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex market data into innovative, practical total rewards solutions.
The Lead Compensation Partner serves as a strategic partner within the Total Rewards function, supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs and job architecture initiatives. In this role, the individual advises HR and business leaders on salary structures, market pricing, promotions, and pay equity while analyzing compensation data to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This position blends strong analytical expertise with consultative partnership, helping drive transparency, consistency, and performance across the organization’s compensation practices.
