Wingspan Care Group is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join their dynamic HR team in supporting a network of mission-driven behavioral health and human services affiliates. This role focuses on fostering a healthy, respectful, and compliant work environment by guiding leaders and staff through a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. The Specialist will play a key part in upholding organizational values while ensuring consistency and fairness in employment practices. Ideal candidates will bring strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to help build an engaged, values-aligned culture.
