The Vice President of People & Culture Operations at Turning Stone Enterprises is a senior executive role responsible for leading enterprise-wide HR operations across a complex, multi-unit organization. Reporting to the SVP of People & Culture, this leader oversees total rewards, HR systems, payroll, workforce management, and employee experience infrastructure. The role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a people-first approach to align HR functions with business goals. Key responsibilities include designing competitive total rewards strategies, optimizing HR technology platforms, ensuring legal compliance, and building a high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate will bring 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, deep knowledge of HR systems and compliance, and a proven ability to drive transformation, enhance employee engagement, and deliver measurable impact through data-informed, people-centered practices.
