The Vice President of People & Culture serves as the senior Human Resources leader for a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization, partnering closely with executive and operations leadership to build a safe, compliant, and highly engaged workforce. This hands-on role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, safety, leadership development, HR operations, and workforce planning while helping scale HR systems, policies, and processes to support continued organizational growth. The position requires a strategic HR executive who can balance operational excellence with long-term people strategy across multiple locations.
