Reporting directly to the CHRO and partnering closely with the division president, the individual in this position will sit on both the business and HR leadership teams, helping guide talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership efforts. The ideal candidate is a senior HR leader with deep expertise in scaling HR operations, leading OD/OE initiatives, and influencing C-suite executives through data-informed insights. With responsibility for a global workforce and a growing HR team, this opportunity offers the chance to drive impact across multiple regions while playing a central role in shaping the company’s future through people.
