The Americas Vice President of Human Resources serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Supporting employees across North and Latin America, this leader oversees a large team of HR professionals and partners closely with leaders across a complex network of manufacturing, service, and customer-facing operations. The role is responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive business performance. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Vice President of Human Resources will lead strategic workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, succession planning, and change leadership initiatives while fostering a high-performance culture that supports continued expansion and long-term success.
