The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the global strategy, governance, and execution of talent acquisition across the organization. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across direct labor, professional, technical, leadership, and corporate functions while delivering a scalable, cost-efficient recruiting model. Early priorities include implementing a standardized intake process across all regions, establishing a global TA governance framework, creating a centralized job description repository, and building dashboards that enhance talent acquisition metrics, reporting visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
